About the role:
We are looking for a Project Manager II – Hybrid, based in Mexico, to lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of strategic projects within the organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal teams, external partners, and vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, risk management, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Supervise the timely completion of objectives and deliverables across assigned projects.
- Identify, manage, and monitor risks, changes, and potential project deviations.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans, involving key stakeholders.
- Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources.
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Plan, monitor, and control project budgets.
- Track project profitability and overall performance.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key participants.
- Prepare and update clear, organized, and easy-to-understand project documentation.
- Measure project performance using KPIs, management tools, and appropriate techniques.
- Perform any additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Proven experience in project management and project coordination.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate vendors.
- Knowledge of project planning, progress tracking, budget control, and resource management.
- Experience managing clients, stakeholders, and project documentation.
- Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and manage changes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work under a hybrid model in Mexico.
