About the role:

We are looking for a Project Manager II – Hybrid, based in Mexico, to lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of strategic projects within the organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal teams, external partners, and vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform the integration and commissioning of Huawei NetEngine 8000 routers (M8/M14) and ATN access equipment.
  • Manage and optimize the network using the iMaster NCE platform (alarm management, service provisioning, and traffic analysis).
  • Design and configure advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) and switching technologies.
  • Implement and manage MPLS services (L2VPN/L3VPN) and next-generation architectures such as SRv6.
  • Perform complex troubleshooting and provide technical support for IP/IPRAN networks.
  • Develop and update technical documentation (HLD/LLD) and service migration plans.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate vendors.
  • Knowledge of project planning, budget control, and resource management.
  • Experience managing clients, stakeholders, and project documentation.
  • Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and manage changes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work under a hybrid model in Mexico.
