About the role:
We are looking for a Datacom Engineer with solid experience in integrating transport networks and managing Huawei's latest technologies. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of critical infrastructure using NE8000 and ATN series equipment, managed within the iMaster NCE ecosystem.
Desirable (bonus points):
Current official certifications: HCIP-Datacom or HCIE-Datacom.
Technical English (manual reading and international support).
Experience in network automation (Python or Ansible).
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform the integration and commissioning of Huawei NetEngine 8000 routers (M8/M14) and ATN access equipment.
- Manage and optimize the network using the iMaster NCE platform (alarm management, service provisioning, and traffic analysis).
- Design and configure advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) and switching technologies.
- Implement and manage MPLS services (L2VPN/L3VPN) and next-generation architectures such as SRv6.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and provide technical support for IP/IPRAN networks.
- Develop and update technical documentation (HLD/LLD) and service migration plans.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with Huawei Datacom hardware.
- Proficiency in the VRP (Versatile Routing Platform) operating system.
- Experience with the iMaster NCE (NCE-IP) tool.
- Demonstrable experience with IP transport protocols and access/aggregation network architecture.
