Description

We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the implementation, maintenance, and execution of field measurement projects in the telecommunications sector, providing support to our clients in the Dominican Republic. At this stage, we are only considering candidates residing in the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo).

Responsibilities
  1. Company Operations Management (Local).
  2. Scheduling of Field Activities.
  3. Monitoring of work teams.
  4. Generation of Service Status Reports; internal and client-facing.
  5. Monitoring of resource management for project completion.
  6. Generation of Service Status Reports; internal and client-facing.
  7. Generation of Operational Monitoring Reports.
  8. Generation of deliverables to ensure project closure.
  9. Support for field personnel.
  10. Chancelling of operational/administrative needs.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel supervision, management, and monitoring of telecommunications projects.
  2. Advanced Excel skills.
  3. Technical knowledge of cellular networks is a plus.
  4. Project management skills.
  5. Personnel management experience.
  6. Customer relationship management skills.
  7. Knowledge of geographic areas and routes in the Dominican Republic.
